Can I apply?
The IRS lists disagree about this organization. The IRS automatic revocation list dated Sep 30, 2026 shows an automatic revocation on May 15, 2025 and no reinstatement after it. The IRS master file retrieved Jul 25, 2026 and IRS Publication 78 data dated Sep 10, 2026 list this organization. We show both and do not choose. The application details below come from its FY2021 return.
The latest filing we hold carries no statement about applications. That is not the same as closed: public-charity Form 990s have no field for it, and many foundations leave the section blank.
No public data found The return gives no application instructions.
Application policy: Not stated in filings, as stated on the FY2021 return.
Application guidance comes from the funder's own Form 990-PF, Part XV (the section where a private foundation says how to apply), shown as filed. It is the funder's words, not ours. These fields are free text and the IRS form cuts them short. Filers sometimes put whole sentences in the contact-name box. Shown exactly as filed.
